Zach's off to Jersey for the weekend, so we had a little pre-trip date last night. I have to say, every time we hang out, it's better than the last time.We started with dinner at this fancy French place in his neighborhood. While we stuffed ourselves full of escargot and steak, we discussed my job situation.

Color us surprised when it turned out that the "V" in V Fest didn't stand for vagina. After seeing the proposed highlights of Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift in the listings, we figured it would be a sure thing. Apparently it actually stands for Virgin Mobile, those responsible for this massive British music festival. While the music might not be questionable at best (the Human League are still around?), you can at least check out the triumverate of pop-music hotness: the pinup beauty of Perry, Gaga's gonzo-ness and Swift's way-too-young-to-be-looked-at-that-way-you-weirdo charm.
